How much does it cost to have a basic birthday party at Sports CLUB?
The price is $300 which includes up to 20 kids with one party host and one staff member facilitating activities and 2 hours total party time.
How do I book a birthday party?
First thing to do is call the Sports CLUB to check availability: 239-566-2582. Birthday parties are offered on Saturdays from either 1:00pm-3:00pm or 3:30pm-5:30pm. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve your party spot. There is a $3 processing fee. The remaining amount will be due the week of.
How many kids can I invite?
The Basic Party Package allows for 20 kids. However, you may choose to invite more children at an additional $10 per child which will be added to your balance the week prior when we call for confirmation.
What if I'm planning a large party?
The Large Party Package price is $600 and allows for 35 kids or more with one party host and two staff members. This package guarantees exclusive access of our facility plus an extra staff member. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your party spot. There is a $3 processing fee. The remaining balance will be due the week of when we call for confirmation.
What age do you offer parties for?
Our facility is geared towards elementary school aged children (starting at 5 years old). If there are children under 5 years old in attendance, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Will I have the whole facility to myself?
Sports CLUB has two party rooms and may host up to two parties at a time. You will not participate with the other group, as they will be in the opposite area of your group.
Am I responsible for decorations and food?
You are responsible for all food and decorations. You may come in 15 minutes prior to your party start time to decorate. Keep in mind, you will have plenty of time to decorate while the children are being entertained. Sports CLUB offers solid colored tablecloths for the provided tables in the party room.
How many tables are in the party room?
Typically, there are five tables in the party room–two along the side for food and presents and three down the middle for seating.
What if I want more party time?
If you would like extra party time, let Sports CLUB know upon booking your party. An extra hour costs an additional $150.
What about clean up?
You are responsible for your party clean up. Staff will take out the garbage. Please keep in mind that the total time frame is 2 hours and you must complete clean up within the 2 hour time frame.
